Meetcaregivers INC — Newton, MA

Florence Furaha built Meetcaregivers, an innovative marketplace for senior care that uses AI and ML algorithms, to connect seniors with the best caregivers, recommend the best care products, and guide users to technology tools to meet seniors’ care needs. Meetcaregivers has the data to prove its effectiveness —caregiver turnover has been reduced from the industry average of 82% to less than 30%. Users of Meetcaregivers (both seniors and caregivers) have also seen an increase in satisfaction rates from the 70% industry average to over 90%. The company’s goal is to enable millions of seniors to age happily at home for as long as possible.

Oatfin — Boston, MA

Jay Paulynice created Oatfin to empower teams to streamline their cloud application development so they can deploy faster. Oatfin enables companies to deliver cloud applications faster by helping transition from manual processes to self-service automation. The app checks out a code repository whether that is on GitHub, Gitlab, or Bitbucket, creates build artifacts like a Docker container (ECS), Kubernetes (EKS), and load balanced (EC2) instances, and pushes the apps to the cloud.

Big congrats to both of you!
