Long Bay Realty was one of Boston's most prominent Black-owned real estate property holder and development firm. Unfortunately, KEN GUSCOTT, founder, died after being injured in a home fire, then family took over the firm he built.
The Long Bay company bought and built buildings and apartment complexes and managed them. Long Bay and partners filed papers to develop the Rio Grande resident and office tower in Nubian Square, the tallest 25 story property there proposed for the building now housing ONEUnited Bank, the nation's largest Black-owned bank.
