  1. Boston Artist Relief Fund – offers $500-$1000 for low-income individual artists.
  2. The Boston Restaurant Strong Fund has $1,000 grants for restaurant workers.
  3. Boston Music Maker Relief Fund The Record Co. fund for Boston music artists.
  4. Cambridge Artist Relief Fund grants for artists run between $200 to $1,000. To be eligible, you must either be a Cambridge resident or an artist working predominantly in Cambridge.
  5. Audio Ensemble – Pays $200 per virtual gig and up to $400 in prizes.

COVID-19 disaster loans for businesses, private nonprofits, homeowners, and renters

  • The Boston Foundation moved quickly. The first $25k general operating grantees from the COVID-19 Response Fund included: Agencia ALPHA, Asian Community Development Corporation, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Centro Presente, Inc., Community Servings, Inc., Friends of the Children – Boston, Heading Home, La Alianza Hispana, Inc., Lawyers for Civil Rights, Massachusetts Jobs with Justice, Maverick Landing Community Services, The Record Co., Union Capital Boston, and Violence in Boston. The Foundation is working to award new grants on a rolling weekly basis during the coronavirus crisis, even as large and small donations continue to come in.
  • Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation ( they are out of money now, act quickly folks. Many of the fund sources, including Stimulus Grants are 1st come, 1st served.)
