Refunds
Your Refund Requests for any physical or virtual item you bought and have paid to BlackBoston.com or to a Bostonmurrell company, must be received within 5 dsys days after the date the funds cleared or the refund request may be denied. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee for return to payment processors and other transactions related handling Refund request orders for Charter bus, IT service labor or cultural heritage tours are considered Offline Transactions and are subject to the terms and conditions wording included on those written estimates, quotes and invoices you made payment on.
